Dr. Lisa Wilson
Dr. Wilson obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. She then received her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN class of 1997. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Cornea and Contact Lens Society and American Foundation for Vision Awareness. She has co-authored several research papers presented at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and participated in FDA trials of the Nidek laser for the LASIK treatment of hyperopia.
Dr. Wilson is dedicated providing our patients exceptional optometric care. She has experience working in medical ophthalmology practices as well as primary family eye care. In these settings she preformed comprehensive vision exams for glasses and contact lenses, treated eye infections and injuries, and preformed evaluations for patients interested in LASIK and cataract surgeries. Additionally, Dr. Wilson is certified to treat glaucoma.
Dr. Wilson’s husband retired from the military and they have been living in Temecula since 2013. In her free time Dr. Wilson enjoys gardening, cooking and enjoying all the outdoor activities Southern California has to offer
