Dr. Diana Iraheta

Dr. Diana Iraheta graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2001 and received her B.S in Medical Microbiology (Cum Laude).  Dr. Iraheta then received her doctorate degree from The Southern California College of Optometry (Fullerton) in 2006.  As a student, she volunteered to humanitarian vision trips to El Salvador, her motherland. Over the years practicing optometry, Dr. Iraheta developed an interest in primary care optometry and specialty contact lenses for patients with corneal diseases or degenerations.

Dr. Iraheta lived in Montreal, Canada for 13 years.  In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish and French.  Her husband Hien Nguyen is a mathematics teacher at Vista Murrieta high school and together they have three children Isabella, Sammi and Lucah.  The family enjoys hiking, biking, camping, traveling, wine tasting and hosting dinner parties.

After serving patients in the Temecula Valley for the past ten years, Dr. Iraheta recently joined Murrieta Creek Optometry. Her mission is to provide our patients with exemplary service and expertise in their visual needs. In addition, Dr. Iraheta will continue to build her reputation as an optometrist who values relationships and will go above and beyond to make patients feel at home.
